Under the headship of Jesus Christ, a plurality of biblically qualified elders oversee all aspects of Warren Community Fellowship. In addition to elders with the title of pastor, all elders shepherd and pastor the people entrusted to our care. Gods Word charges the leadership to "be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood (Act 20:28 NAU). Elders submit to one another in the fear of Christ.

Deacons and staff at WCF assist the elders in managing and leading and serving.

Leaders at WCF understand that they are accountable to God for how they lead and care for Gods people (Heb. 13:17; 1 Pet. 5:1-4).

So we tell others about Christ, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all the wisdom God has given us.We want to present them to God, perfect in their relationship to Christ (Col 1:28 NLT).
